[WOTC] Sell Heavy Weapons

The only thing that keeps XCOM from selling their entire stock to the Black Market is this set of restrictions: the item must have a marketable value above 0, cannot be infinite in supply, and isn’t necessary for completing the "Golden Path" of XCOM 2.
However, there is one set of weapons in particular that have no marketable value whatsoever, and that is the heavy/powered weapon category. Despite having a clearly assigned variable in the script and a usable section to place it in the .ini, it has no value at all.
This mod fixes that by adding a sale price equivalent to the experimental ammos for each heavy weapon and doubling that same price for every powered weapon.
In addition, the 3 experimental grenades no longer have one-third the sale price of experimental ammos despite having the same cost and production time; they are now equally priced.
This mod works mid-campaign.
